The light diffusion plate characteristics , application and transmittance detecting method

The light diffusion plate is based on acrylic PMMA, PP, PS material and spherical particles diffusing agent ,by extrusion process to produce in clean room, a new type of light diffusion plate.

Plates one side is lattice microstructure matte surface, the other side is smooth and glossy or matte surface.With these unique structure,light transmitted through the sheet be fully diffuse,thus become both bright and pastel.In view of a point source (direct type) and a surface light source (light side) two structures plate lights have different requirements to the diffusion and the translucent of diffuser plate, JK microstructure diffuser plate has a high diffusion and high transmittance type two series to choose from:

 

Plate lights structure description:

 

Direct type LED plate lights also known as direct-injection plate lights，LED direct projection light ,by diffusion plate to homogenizing the light ,achieve high transmittance，also has good light shielding effect ,which has good whole body luminous surface lighting effects.

 

Side light LED plate lights is used in the world's advanced backlight technology,by the light guide plate, diffusion plate, the reflective film composition,the LED point, line source converted into uniform, soft surface light source, with a thin, energy-saving, high brightness characteristics.

 

JK Series the light diffusion plate application:

 

JK-90:thickness 2mm，transmittance over 90%,the haze 94%, suitable for distance from the light diffusion plate spacing 45mm around the direct type(back light) plate lights.

 

JK-85:thickness 1.5mm，transmittance over 90%,the haze 95%, suitable for distance from the light diffusion plate spacing 40mm around the direct type (back light) plate lights and side light panel lights.

 

JK-80:thickness 2mm，transmittance 85%，the haze 95%, suitable for distance from the light diffusion plate spacing 38mm around the direct type(back light) plate lights。

 

JK-70:thickness 1.5mm，transmittance 85%，the haze 95%, suitable for distance from the light diffusion plate spacing 38mm around the direct type(back light) plate lights side light panel lights.

 

JK-60:thickness 2mm，transmittance 80%，the haze 96%, suitable for distance from the light diffusion plate spacing 30mm around the direct type(back light)plate lights。

 

Diffusion plate optical value detection:

 

1. The illuminance meter, this instrument cheap, convenient and portable, but due to outside interference in natural light, the general test values will generally high. Such instruments only for reference, when comparing applicable, not as a precise instrument applies.

 

2. Transmittance the haze tester: this instrument during testing outside influence is small,so the result of the test is lower than illumination instrument, more accurate.Diffuser plate manufacturers generally make use of such instruments to test their products transmittance the haze.

 

3.Integrating sphere:integrating sphere test diffuser plate transmittance very accurate, almost free from the interference of the external environment, therefore, using the same plate test the data obtained are lower than the above two, because the instrument is more expensive, so only large lighting companies use this device detection transmittance。

 

Therefore, in view of use of detection equipment is not the same, the measured transmittance is not the same,when selecting diffuser be sure to ask what kind of equipment test for transmittance，so will not very different with their own expectations product.Remarks (above transmittance and the haze value is used Integrating sphere test).
